Creole.net offers nationwide shipping to all 50 U.S. states served by FedEx. To ensure your Creole Treats arrive in peak condition, we utilize specialized cold-chain packaging:

Coverage: We ship to all residential and business addresses within the United States. (Note: FedEx typically cannot deliver frozen goods to P.O. Boxes). For some non frozen items we can ship via USPS to PO Boxes.

Packaging: All frozen orders are packed in insulated packaging with dry ice or gel packs to maintain a frozen or deeply chilled state during transit.

Transit Times: To ensure freshness, frozen items are shipped via FedEx (1-Day to 3-Day transit) depending on your location. We typically ship early in the week (Monday–Thursday) to avoid "weekend stays" at a sorting facility.

Tracking: Once your order leaves our New Orleans facility, you will receive a FedEx tracking number via email to monitor your delivery in real-time.
