Upon Arrival: Your order if shipped frozen in insulated packaging. Immediately place your sausage in the freezer if you aren't planning to cook it within 48 hours. Follow the cooking instructions on the product or from the website.

Shelf Life: Freezer: Up to 6 months in its original vacuum-sealed packaging.

Refrigerator: 3–5 days once thawed.

Thawing: For the best texture, thaw your sausage overnight in the refrigerator. We do not recommend thawing at room temperature or in warm water, as this can affect the consistency of the meat.
