Standard Packaging: Our sausage is typically sold in 1 lb, 3 lb, or 5 lb vacuum-sealed packs. This airtight seal prevents freezer burn and keeps the authentic New Orleans spices potent until you're ready to cook.

Portion Guide: Sausage or Boudin Links : Expect 1 to 4 links per pound as each manufactured produces different size links.

Feeding a Crowd? For a backyard boil or a party, we recommend 1/2 lb per person if the sausage is the main course, or 1/4 lb per person if you are adding it to gumbo, jambalaya, or red beans and rice.
